The linen was of poor quality and even dirty. Also the ambiance of the room was not upto the Starred Hotel. Everywhere, the paints from the wall, sealing materials from Toilet outlets was leaking . And last but not least, the behaviour of staffs is very poor and completely unacceptable. I asked for drop to Airport, but inspite providing any facility, the reception out rightly denied and said to arrange myself. Also, the way this is addressed was completely inappropriate.
