WelcomHeritage Ashdale

highly not recommended this hotel for booking, it was a worse experience i ever stays in welcom heritage,very bad experience with the staff , bad quality of food , not proper amenities of rooms . i booked a premier room category in this 5 star welcom heritage ashdale hotel . on the time of check inn i met the receptionist and the General manager of the hotel, asked them to help me out with my car driver relax place but they refuse me, the staff is not helpful at all even the higher authority also. we checked in in room that was in 3 rd floor at the corner the passage have lights but they don't switch on the light as for the cost cutting no good feeling in this hotel and room doesn't have a a/c i asked them to change my room as i want a a/c room , the receptionist told me they confirm with the managenr and general manager, but later she replied they dont have a a/c room. i manage in that room by placing 2 fans for sleep. the hotel doesn't have a occupancy, and still they didnt give me the a/c room . in the breakfast they gave me a menu to choose as they didnt place a breakfast buffet because of low occupancy in the hotel , after ordering the breakfast the sandwich bread is having fungus on it. the bread was expired and they serve me .the biggest problem is that the general manager knows this is all happening in his hotel and he is not taking any action . poor management, very bad experience with the staff , bad quality of food , inappropriate amenities of rooms .

Excellent property and hospitality. Awesome food. Great mountain view, little away from main mall road in a peaceful location near Nainital high court gate no 1. Free shuttle to visit Mall road. Overall experience Fantabulous!! Couldn't have asked for anything more.

No AC in the Premier Room category. All other rooms have ACs. Even corridors have AC. These days which hotel doesnt have ACs. That too heritage property. They provide pedestal fans; we felt duped..

Poor Services..though the staff tries to help but it's only after a lot of pushing around that u will be able to get things done....overpriced for the kind of amenities provided..
