Not satisfactory service..I used to stay at this hotel earlier when it has the tie up with treebo.it was good but at this time with **** it is worst ,no complimentary mineral water no room tea cattle and even we demand dental kits but they told not available....what is this noncenve ..total worst experience wit this with ****...thanks

A very helpful and polite staff, location is perfect with easy access to ISBT, the food and service have won my heart. Rooms are very comfortable for stay of couples/ families. Overall, a good experience.

The stay was good. The property is also good. However services needs a little bit improvement. Everytime you have to call the house keeping & ask for basic things like toiletries, towel & lights.
