Hotel Rabbit Ratnam

Really disappointed with the experience of staying here as such that had to cancel our further trip to Udaipur.1) the hotel is a newly built property but it's far from the city and is in a secluded residential type.2) the room which was allotted had a faulty geyser and eventually we had to switch rooms3) while ordering dinner the guy refused all the items which we ordered as raw material was not available and later he told us that our main chef is on leave and nothing good can be prepared today, instead you can order from zomato, imagine traveling and driving almost 600kms to reach the hotel in the evening and no food option is available. in short the hotel management should hire some professional staff who knows how to handle hospitality with customers.

experience was very disappointing. they have given used bed, stained bedsheet. There was a used sanitary pad in the washroom below the basin. Even we booked super delux room and provided delux room with unhygienic utilities.Not expected this kind of services.Btw staff was polite only.

New property.. Rooms were neat and clean.. Staff was very supportive & well mannered.. restaurant was also neat and clean.. roof top area was nice with good view... food was also delicious.. overall it was pleasant stay.. Well mannerd staff

Small but very neet and clean well mannered staff food is really nice specially dahi k kabab is mouth watering room view is very nice all mountain view from window having my tea over rooftop it's like I am seating in heaven must visit agai.
