The rooms gave a homely feeling. Cleanliness was very good. The hotel is in very peaceful area. The entire staff is too good, humanly, behaves very humbly with the guests, which is the most wonderful factor. I am sure the owner has trained them to be like that. The breakfast was so delicious and awesome. The softest medu vada and idlis I have eaten. The hotel is not very close to major destinations but then you would not get such experience in crowded hotels in the main city. Although the destinations are not very far and can be easily reachable via Auto Or Ola. Really liked the stay at Raccoon. And yes the paintings were very good on each floor.

there is no hot water, the entire building depends on the solar water heater.even though the helped with couple of buckets with full of hot water, I think the hotel needs to fix the geasers in the room

Awesome property to stay in. Services conducted by the staff was appreciable, room was comfortable with clean washroom. Location wise it was very convenient for me to locate the property.

All was good in this hotel from hospitality to services. Behavior of the staff was nice, location was easy to access and very secured property for all guests specially female travelers.

It's a good property but not worth the price. Accommodation was clean, service was up to the mark and location was in the Mysore city. Regarding security very safe for the all guests.

Rest all is very good, but getting food at odd times is not possible. And the place is away from bus stand as well. But facilities are good
