HOTEL RAM NIVAS

Hotel room is fine. Room service is also ok. For basic amenities like drinking water, self service is needed. Attached restaurant is good. Overall ok to stay as transit point as far as it's location is concerned. The problem I faced is the reception denied me an AC room saying that with my booking amount it is not possible. I had to wait for an hour even though I was getting late for my office. Finally the owner came and assured me a room for the time being and to resolve the issue with your booking section by evening. Here I must say the Owner is absolutely a nice gentleman who told me any problem can be sorted out and he did it. Thanks to him.

Don't book this hotel...broken toilets, no shower available and smallest bathroom ever. This hotel is very very bad. We have booked one double bed non-ac room but just getting into room we felt very bad smell, window is broken, lights are not sufficient, toilet is very dirty and leakaging. So we request manager to shift us to another, he completely denied and talked in rude manner. We have to call owner of the hotel for changing the room. Another room is also same type. Please don't book this hotel if you want hassle free enjoy your trip to andman.

i booked here for 12 Nov 17 night first i enter in hotel staff does not aware about my the booking they check it from other shop for my booking confirmation, non ac rooms conditions is very bad rooms smell badly and boothroom condition is very bad broken window, water pipe etc
