I was looking for a hotel that allows couples to check in but in Jammu it's quite hard to find such hotel. But in this hotel we easily checked in without any problem and the staff at front desk was very cooperative. The hotel is situated in a descent place and is near to bahu-plaza. Room was good as compared to other hotels in same range. I would recommend this hotel to other traveller's as well . Keep the service's same. Well wishes to you guys.

It is located near railway station and location is normal.they charged me rs 100 for the breakage of one low quality water glass having cost rs 10, which is very **.they do not have airport shuttle.you have to put your efforts.Food quality is very low.they do not give me bill of room and of glass..

bad hotel like an ordinary guest house.bathroom and rooms were not clean. requested many times goes blanket but not provided.room booys were rash...it is not hotel for your standard. This hotel is for around ..RS..

One of the worst hotel in jammu.pls black list this hotel.no lift ,no AC.THIS IS JUST LIKE CHEAPEST HOTEL LIKE RS ** RANGE.don't book anyboday.I HAVE NEVER BEEN SEEN SUCH TYPE HOTEL one of the worst hotel .they don'have hot blower and temperature was 7 degrees in jammu .AC POWER CUT IN HOLE HOTEL .. Hotel room door made with plastics .no curtains.plastic window door ..how horrible me to complete the night..

1st Services are Not good, 2,Nothing they Provide until we asked like Drinking Water, Bathroom towel and Tooth Paist, Oil, Shampoo are not available in Hotel Shop is available but not for Bath its for handwas TV picture quality is not good, I call to reception they asked that cable operated will come and will look issue but till next day he did not come there is no facility like 3 star hotel
