Location of Hotel is good, parking facility is perfect, room was good but accessories bed or furniture was not good, rooms were not well maintained. Amount they are charging for room is more than it's worth. Overall I would say hotel management do not know how to make a customer really happy, it was lacking cleanliness inside and outside of rooms. Entrance was good but it seems that no-one has cleaned it since a long time. I would like to visit this hotel again, if they provide good service, secondly if someone wants to stay in this hotel please check room physically before booking.

It was great experience living in this hotel for 3 days, I was with family & everyone loved the stay, The food was tasty & economical, The hygeine & cleanliness was upto the mark, Every facility mentioned was upto the mark whether its about parking, wifi, laundry, room service, hot water, drinking water, dining area, balcony, etc Sight seeing is awesome..I strongly recommend this hotel & whenever I will visit, will stay here only..

first of all there are many issues in the hotel but only you can discover them once you move in the room. But i must say that every issues will be resolved then and there itself, staffs are well behaved, beautiful view from the hotel . But room is not that isolated you can feel the cold very much. This is an old building but renovated nicely. i must say amazing view from the hotel.

Hotel is good for everyone. ... need to confirm the availability about the rooms. As presently, I got room for 2 days after a lot adjustments made by MD of Hotel. However I booked room for 3 days and amount was fully paid on 23 May 2018. ..need to arrange room for 1 night for my family.

Picturesque view from the hotel terrace and balcony. Clean and Bungalow type rooms. Some rooms are not so airy. Overall more than average hotel to stay for two days. Hotel location is 3 KM from Gandhi Chawk (main market area) and 1 KM from Subhas Chawk.

Rooom was spacious...hotel staff was very nice and cooperative everything was provided in the room. Washroom was clean. I would highly recommend this hotel. Love the view from hotel. Would love to visit dalhousie and stay in this hotel..

Rooms are OK...but, toilets are not..either flash is not working or there is a leak...even some time, there is no water...Food is OK..but plates or other utensils are not clean properly...
