I stayed at Ras Residency with my elderly parents for 3 nights and 4 days,we were out most of the time,but visited during noon to rest and stayed the whole night. The experience was absolutely comfortable,rooms were spacious enough for 3 of us,we paid with our package and got another bed. my dad and mom slept comfortably,I too felt really good with the overall stay. reception staff were kind, courteous and arranged for room cleaning whenever we asked for. washroom could be a lil more spacious,but we had access to hot water whenever needed. people were kind,it's located well and we had no disturbance in anyway. every auto driver knew the place. ask for R. A.S instead of Ras,cos that's how the locals know this place. thanks for a great stay ras.

One word for the quality of rooms that this property provides - FANTASTIC! The size, cleanliness, furnishing, in-room facilities, and overall aesthetic quotient of the room was up there with the best of hotels I have stayed in within the country and abroad. No boast-up here, these guys truly provide the best value for money one can imagine of. Nestled in a quiet street of Kumbakonam, this place also provides superb views from the room windows of a green carpet of coconut trees with hardly a piece of concrete visible from even their top floor. This HAS to be the choice when staying in and around Kumbakonam.

the experience was amazing. very courteous staff. the property is more than a 3 star category. the rooms are so much clean and neat. there is a huge and safe parking space also available. the hotel is also easily accessible in kumbakonam and has an empty road stretch going through.

Situated on a quiet road, this is probably one of the best hotels in Kumbakonam. Spacious rooms, modern clean toilets and a very responsive staff. They have a restaurant on the MFloor which served sumptuous buffet breakfast
