Ravitej Service Apartments

The worst stay I had in Ravitej. Very ignorant staff, manager & owner. Very unsatisfactory service. 1. Reached to the hotel at 11:30am for check in at 12pm, but got the rooms at 4pm. 2. No hot water at all. They said that solar is not working and we'll provide you hot water from the geazer on the ground floor but in the morning the statement is changed to...We need to check if the geazer is working. 3. The blankets provided had bad odour and big holes in it made by rats. 4. The water gun in the toilet was a joke... the pipe was slipping after every spray. 5. The intercom was a show piece... there was no connection at all. I had to go down and find the caretaker staff who were not present there any time. 6. The gate was still open late night, no security. 7. Dirty swimming pool. No waiting lobby. 8. No food in the premises. 9. Toilet seats were dirty and had urine drops on them used by previous customers. Worst ever stay....

Rooms are good and spacious. Food is also good. Just one item in breakfast was provided. There is no room service so every time we had to come down to take food or tea. It really spoils your holiday mood. Hot water is alsonot running in the taps. Access to transport is also not available. We had to walk for half an hour to reach a restaurant.

It was a very nice hotel. Mr Vilas was very co-operative. Also, his staff Ganesh and geeta treated us very well. We will surely plan once again. Environment, swimming pool, cleanliness, location, food taste.

My overall experience was good however the food which we had was not so great. Staffs were good and the room & the washroom was not that much clean but still okay. Well located within the Alibag Town.
