This place is located at height and gives a great view from room's balcony. Rooms are spacious. Walking down towards city center is easy and enjoyable... walk back up could be challenging for elders... auto is recommended which charges 150 Rs. from city center to this residency rooms. Towels and toiletries are provided. Hot water is available through geyser. We took Auto on day 1 for ooty sightseeing, and cab for coonoor sightseeing + coimbatore drop.It's recommended to get cab for both days as auto are not allowed outside ooty. Govt fares are listed across city. Transparent and honest hosts. Definitely recommended place for quick visit to ooty. Location, rooms, friendly staff.

It was our first day stay in Ooty. And the best in our 4 nights stay in different hotels. The caretaker was a young guy, and very very helpful. Wifi speed was good. Balcony and room view was breathtaking. Bathroom was clean and good. Only first floor so no lift. Tea/coffee available at request. Online food delivery was prompt. Room size was bigger as compared to other hotels in the price. Thanks for the good hospitality.

The stay was exceptional more like a home tbh. The caretaker Achu did a phenomenal job and service and the view from the hotel is pretty good and almost all main tourist attractions are within 5 kms of the hotel.. We got hot water, plates , spoons upon ask and also they have time up with nearby hotels and they deliver food at room..totally recommended

this is one of the best residency hotel in all of Ooty, the rooms & bathrooms are absolutely clean like 4 star hotel, the surrounding view is the most satisfying and awesome, the staffs are also very cooperative.you will feel like staying at home,i recommend this hotel to everyone. see the photos

It was a great stay at the hotel, very neat and clean and caretaker was very nice. I love it. It is not very far from Botanical garden and main city centre. you can go on foot to explore things
