Plus point is Close to Golden Temple. Hardly 250 m distance.. Markets are close.. Other hotel options are also there.. Taxi couldn't reach the hotel for a 100 m distance.. auto/ e-rickshaw are the options to reach there which are plenty.. The night shift boy is very rude.. Don't opt for breakfast while booking.. as No buffet breakfast is there.. only room service that to only ALU PAROTHA.. not worthy.. only room booking is ok..

The behaviour of the hotel staff especially the guy at the night shift was very rude. I was there with my parents and they asked to clean the floor which was very dirty and switch on the television but the staff didn't listen to anything instead they charged extra for the water bottle they provided us.The only good thing about the hotel was its distance from the temple nothing else.

the rooms were not ready it takes half an hour to ready it our 1 hour was wasted washroom were not having bucket no warm water was available there were no landline extension ph were available in rooms water leakage was in bathrooms bathrooms were not well cleaned although rooms were nice but service beahviour n hospitality was poor

it was really nice staying there due to great location as it is just 2 min walking distance from golden temple and the room was really clean and hygienic , i actually liked the stay and would recommend the same if you are coming for darshan in amritsar it was safe place as a solo traveller and for girls group also

we reached five hours late even the room was not ready clean ( even after cleaning bathroom was stinking and the person on reception was not co operative at all. overall we had worst experience at hotel regal

Hotel Reception Staff is not Cooperative. One of the member of Reception was Rude. Its doesn't seems that he was dealing with the customer. He didn't use any foul language but was not polite either.
