swimming pool non operational, even for water we have to collect. best thing is nearby Calangute. in a walking distance u can visit to beach.

false Advertisement, No TV, No towels given.unhygienic rooms, toilets were a disgrace.. Not hot or warm water.. Upon asking receptionist he says its solar water cant help. No housekeeping at all even after calling thr staff to clean the room they denied (so many guest had fights wid staff). Wifi very weak, Filthy dirty bedsheets which has stains and were torn.
Fridge and freezer was stinking as pervious rotten food not taken out.. freezer wasnt defrosted.
Overall a bad experience.

Property was exactly nice & the hospitality was good. The room was clean & washroom hygienic. AC was not working since there was huge crowd so they unable to manage all these things. The amenities which they provided was fine. No complimentary breakfast. Easy to locate property & nearby to Calangute area.

worst hotel... no intercom for room service, no TV, dirty bedsheets, walls and furniture full of dermites... knowingly delays breakfast...so that guests leave for outings and he could save on this....
didn't give us opted room...said under construction..whereas we could see westerners stayings in them.... .
never recommend this for stay..
even after submitting hard copy of booking voucher.... asked every morning if we have complimentary breakfast...so ridiculous and embarrassing...

The accommodation was excellent as per my expectation.Nice & friendly, we also had breakfast & lunch and the food quality was really good. Location wise very convenient and in terms of safety very secured property.

there was no room service their was no hot water in the bathroom the photos which you show the hotel was worst their was no system management it was very bad experience...
