The worst experience ever-I reached the reception are and guy was sleeping, without checking my booking or ID he just said two room numbers and 3rd floor as he was half asleep. As soon as I reached there were no basic amenities like bottle tissue paper or towel..I checked in at 7 in the morning and left at 11 am same day as it was pathetic. Kindly refund the money that I have spent.
