The room was good overall but the washroom was very dirty and unclean, the owner was helpful, there used to be problem of water but it would be fixed if you would call the worker there. But he would mostly not be in the guest house, the guest house was difficult to find for someone who has never been to delhi but it was a good stay. The A.C was top notch. I would just say it was unhygienic from my preference.
