the bathroom floor was very slippery when wet- they should have used non-slippery tiles. the fan in the bedroom ran at a very low speed and its regulater was not working. the lid of the electric kettle was broken. the room window opened on an ugly surrounding.

I will start with the pros. Yes, there are cons so please read full review before booking a room in this hotel.What I liked:1) check in process was smooth, we checked in late at around 8 pm (we informed over call in the morning it self about check in time), receptionist himself brought our luggage to the room (maybe because there was no other staff available) but appreciated the prompt response.2) Receptionist proactively provided extra towels and dental kit when he realized there were two of u ...more

I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. My experience was marked by utter dissatisfaction from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was given a room that was not cleaned and lacked basic amenities such as pillow covers. When I requested a room change, the staff initially refused, only relenting after considerable insistence.
