It is difficult to locate. It is more of a private home.
I reached at 1 a.m.
The hotel owner did not answer the call and I was stuck for 1:30 min.
I woke up neighbors and tracked down owners house and woke him up.
Facility is good but service is poor.

Very hard to find without Google maps. If you follow the navigation you arrive at Alisha Classics (houses name).
We got an upgrade on our room, now attached bathroom and nice balcony with great view over Panaji.
The stay is a bit outside of Panaji but by bus (around 10 rupees per way) you are in the city in 20 minutes. Busses leave from dona Paula bus stand all the time.
Owner is very friendly and staff is not that talkative but kind and helpful if you need anything.
