Good and well maintained resort.located very nearer to 5 falls is a big advantage.My only concern is need some improvement on the dinning services.

the hotel is very close to 5 falls . . we booked a suite room.
the room is very spacious,clean and well maintained. staffs are very friendly. improvement needed in complementary breakfast . i will recommend for peaceful stay and vacation

I was booked Deluxe room this month.
I've already stayed this hotel 3yrs back.
But, now I experienced some issues, first of all bedsheet maintenance was very poor, it's main part of hygiene na...
Another one Tata sky wasn't linked, that time I complaint that, but it's recovered only to evening, so our childrens affected that issue. Bathroom bucket & mug fully salty scale formation, Some musty smell in AC start up time... So I just gave to 3*
Positive wise : Location, Atmosphere, Five falls area parking free, Friendly staff's.

The Flexible check in guarantee is not given. I choose 4-6pm check in window but was forced to check out at 12:00 noon itself... overall a average experience

never ever stay in this hotel... even if its an emergency... nothing is there except bed.... most important no network... wifi will work only near reception... its like a booth bangala... -10/10
