Room was smelling , sofa was dirty , curtains were dirty with food marks bedsheets were torn , bathroom smelling, kettle and glasses absolutely dirty snd filthy, air conditioning making noises . The bed mattress was like 50 years old. Morning breakfast service was very poor. I dont think they have any idea about customer service actually . Moreover the hotel needs proper cleaning. Found is not hygienic to stay
