pro: location nr to Candolim beach (walkable). breakfast: good options and tasty supportive staff The bed size is good (deluxe room) The restaurant food is also tasty. cons: we feel Rooms are over priced and not maintained , broken electricity board and wardrobe ,

I recenty stayed 2 days in this resort and oveall experience was very good. we like Neat and clean rooms, staffs are helpful and cooperative, situated on the beach and the swimming pool also good. we enjoyed the stay.

Not worth the money spent... Very old hotel, Room smells stinky..At this cost i would have got a 4 star hotel.. Breakfast at its worst, Overall a very pathetic experience.

pool was not operationalTata sky was not working, power supply was a big problemFood not much choice and overall not recommendedI requested for change of hotel but there was no response from them
