Booking Coconut Valley through Goibibo for our Kelva Beach trip was a deeply frustrating experience. After paying in full and arriving at the hotel, we were informed that Goibibo had not confirmed our room, and it was given to another customer. Hotel ask us to provide confirmation note. Goibibo don't provided the same to them? This was unacceptable and stressful, especially after a long journey. Ambience was good and we felt weclcomed. The infrastructure was not very high level but adequate. The service was excellent and with a smile. Sonu was accommodating and managed our requests properly.
