Very Very bad experienceRooms are having bad smell of moisture and cigarettes smoke. No Water in bathroom, than go to reception for complain they said we are filling tank pls wait 5 min. This happen in every 2 to 3 hours .Shown a room of higher class category which was so pathetic that just by placing a bath tub in bathroom of small size, asking higher rates even one can not think of use that.Electricity cut is so frequent no arrangement made for this.With infants spending one day is like a punishment for us.Manager of hotel will give only 60-70% of what u have paid.

It's a really bad hotel. 1stly it does not look the same as the images on the page. it's smelly, very dingy. rooms are completely different from what you expect. totally overpriced. not maintained. very dirty.

A 0 star hotel pretending to be a 3 star. The only good thing was the location to the airport. You'd be much better off paying this same money somewhere else.

Rooms were spacious and had good amenities. Check in was seamless and the staff specially reception staff was very helpful.

TV was out of order most of the time. 2G internet was available for few hours a day in lobby. No in-house restaurant. Room service was excellent. Room size was large. Rooms and bathroom were clean.

Well A. R. Pride Residency was our last stay in Port Blair. 770 m from airport, easy to commute. Hotel is in local market.
OK coming back to review of hotel. Outside of hotel didn't impressed much but interior of hotel was good. The only thing that awked me was
1. Strict timing of the restaurant.
2. When asked about check out time they told me an hour earlier check out time. When I protested , they told me that they don't know about **, it's our time and that is final. Things sorted out after in ...more

The rooms were too good and as shown in the pictures while booking.
Service is good. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Overall a very good experience to stay with family.
