1. They had allocated my room to another person
2. There was not even a proper lock
3. The room was untidy
4. There were no towels
5. A remote control for the AC was given after 1 hour
6. No drinking water available
With all these problems, I finally checked out in 2 hours.
I strongly recommend you should blacklist this property
