I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at this hotel. We had booked 2 Super Deluxe AC rooms for the 22nd of March, 2025. We arrived at the hotel around 6:30 AM on the 22nd, and requested at least one room to freshen up before heading to the temple. Our Sugam Darshan ticket was scheduled from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. Room provided not worth. overall quality of the service and ambience is very poor. hotel not connected with transport. approx. 500 mtr. you have to walk to reach hotel.

very bad, mouse observed in room. room not clean up to mark. ac switched off. after booking of ac room. the canteen is not good with only one person attending all the guests. the canteen area is very small. considering above points cost is very high.

Location wise if you are looking for a stay near the kashi vishwanath temple , kal bhairav temple , dashashwamedh ghat , vishwanath market Then this would be an ideal stay for your trip Staff behaviour is also very polite Room is also good

Average Hotel. Reception very good. Rooms very small and Old one. Service is very good.Nice Staff. Very helpful staff. Near to kasi viswanath temple.walking distance only.very much crowded area. Out side vehicles not come to hotel.

location of hotel is very accessible, easy near temple. Rooms are spacious for triple bed for 4 adults. Good room service. But only drawback is geysers are turned off frequently and need to ask hotel staff every time if needed. And I suggest some drinking water facility should be available inside hotel instead of levying charges on water bottles in this scorching heat. Overall good experience and comfortable stay. Our experience during the stay was good. Staff was very much cooperative especially Kitchen Staff who helped us during odd times as we wanted support for getting hot milk for our infants. Location is just amazing at the city center and near to Main Temple Kashi Vishwanath and all the ghats are at walking distance
