Service- fabulous amenities - good but may be upgraded food- amazing and room service was quick The GM of the hotel is very polite and looks after every guest personally. He was open to suggestions. Overall nice stay and polite staff

it was horrible , room was stinking , bathroom was stinking , gloomy rooms, we canceled our stay after seeing that, i would suggest no one to ever go to this hotel specially with family. picture showed for reference is nothing what you will see in real

very poor maintenance of the hotel. 1)room with set up box , when asked to install no recharge for tv 2) the ac was leaking water 3) no proper cleaning of linen 4)poor hospitality. 5) breakfast has poorest spread I often used to book this hotel but from now I would not recommend . waste of money.

Excellent ambience and services!!, searched many properties but couldn't found better than this. Must try when you visiting patna, located at centre of the city, easy to visit tourists place's. Property manager and staff were polite and helping. Must try and book this hotel, highly recommend!!!

1. Bedsheets are old and having lots of marks on the bedsheets, not washed properly 2. Breakfast served in the room, one bread slice with omlet. 3. Pillow covers are old, looks bad. 4. Written 3 star hotel, not having starts. 5. Beside Alcazar hotel, Railway track is there, Trains are moving continuously during night hours also.

It was an amazing experience with this Hotel. There is also a dine-in facility available here. Staff behaviour is so familiar and supportive. Overall a great experience.
