It was nice and comfortable stay. Room quality 5/5 Food 4/5 Location 5/5 Room service 4/5. Suggestion : hotel management should take steps to control mosquito inside room. Also we could not use swimming pool as it was being used by monkeys,hotel management should take steps to control this. Overall it was a nice stay and definitely recommended for family stay.

The property area of the resort is large and it is conveniently located with the main market nearby. Though the major places of attractions at Rajgir are a bit far away from the resort, a lot of transport facilities are available. The hotel staffs are very good, and well mannered. They try their best to make you comfortable. We booked 2 deluxe double rooms and found the room qualities to be very good. The rooms had large balconies, though it seemed that the balconies were not cleaned regularly. ...more

it was not good. The service is pathetic. We have to wait for more than 30-35 mins to get 1 thing done that too after multiple follow ups. Even after telling them for more than 10 times the mosquito repellent was not sent to the room even though the room was full of mosquitoes.Would never recommend anyone at all. Prime location, rooms are spacious, food is tasty, staffs are polite and professional but need to improve the cleanliness of room and it's furniture. Comparatively expensive.

The staff members need some interpersonal skill training, the behavior with the customer is rude in terms of flexibility. Photography is really challenging there.. And they might charge any amount as per their house policy, which is mentioned no where.

Good ambiance and nice food . Limited manpower probably due to covid pandemic. Room service needs improvement.Google map does not indicate proper route to this property, even when, someone is close to the property.
