hotel is very "inn". Rooms smells. Deteriorated paints with damp walls. Poor room service. TV was not working. Please don't stay.

The reception people behaved badly to us. We already informed them about our early check in, but they didn't arrange and accept our request. We stayed at 704 room ,which has bathroom outside, so bad .

sorry i'm not having images but the experience and cleanliness is horrible hotel staff was not supportive if we ask for any service they are asking for extra money the experience was horrible

Very bad Service, Reception person had no idea about our booking, no water bottles were provided, Bedsheets were dirty, Toilets were smelly.. Tea was very bad, overall stay was pathetic
