our room was on four stairs up, so kinda hassle
amenities are not at all there, you will get basic blanket and all. no soap, towels etc. water in jug, no packaged drinking water as complimentary.
faucet and bathrooms were not good.
I won't recommend it at this price point, go for something better and try to get a room further towards naina devi temple coz its very far

DONT EVER PAY BEFORE HAND. this is worst hotel at mall road. These people give the worst rooms of their hotel. And we customers have no choice but to accept it. As we have already paid for it.I paid to book this room and they gave me a tiny room with "no fan" dirty towel and a gutter view from window.I would have moved to another hotel had i not paid for this.

one word for this hotel is the ghost Bangla.worst hotel I stayed in my life .room quality worst than a dharmashala and rates are like 5star.all staff were okay except the manager who was very very rude behaviour.approx 100 stairs before you reach the hotel rooms.never ever I will stay here or suggest any my friends or family.
