Room service was horrible
There was no power backup
Heater was only available after 6:00 a.m.

Very bad experience here, left the bag here and went out to have dinner at 9.30 pm and the gate was locked at that time. When he jumped over the wall and woke them up, he said that this is how it is here. The next morning at 8.45 we were told that we have a guest and asked us to get down quickly. He said that he had no time till 11 pm and made a fuss. Moreover, hot water was not available even once. Very bad.. no one should take room here pls

Stay was very peaceful in this well maintained property. room was very neat. we stayed here 3 nights. easily accessible to nearby hotels. we had food from hotel the night we reached, then we had the homely food prepared by the caretaker aunty the next 2 days. it was really delicious 😋.

1. Not an hygiene.
2. Not suitable for family if you have kids.
3. you can get access to geyser twice. if you request will get complaint about power shortage. ( Really without hot water how can you maintain your personal hygiene in Ooty ).
4. I am aware food is not available in home stay. But we ordered to the care taker. Food taste is below average.
5. Not worth for Money.
