Property is located in a residential area and has good space for car parking, the staff were very friendly and provided us with whatever we needed, only 1 staff in the reception was too rude which is the minus else it was all excellent with the facilities

full of maintenance issues. u will end up your time in complaining and shifting to other room and again end up facing issues. while booking this hotel, I thought may be one face issues and others may not and I too ended up facing issues . AC repair, comode repair, matress have polythene cover over it, no fan. when I called and asked why fan is not there , they said that room design don't have fan but funny part is that all other suit rooms had fans. we were sleeping in night and suddenly in midn ...more

We had a bad experience with stay of one day here.. behaviour of staff is rude and commanding.. either room and washroom are not clean and dirty. personally I don't like to select this hotel forever.. they asked to check out by before 10Am but we have seen in hotel policies is 12pm to 12pm.. also they prohibited alcohol consumption and outside food inside their premises though we had witnessed alcohol consumption is allowed in hotel policies while we booked this room
