They mentioning 24 hours checkout time, then they ask you to leave the premises by saying that 24 hours checkout time is only for live guests, that 24 hours checkout is not aplicable to bookings.

This hotel has good location , with a KFC and Domino's Pizza close by, a hospital two minutes away basically everything close by. The hotel has very nice spacious rooms with calming interiors, friendly staff and nice food. All in all it makes for a nice comfortable stay.

Hotel wont allow early checkin and no breakfast, the hotel staff is arrogant and demand for 100 to 200 rupees tip while checkout.
If tip is not given they will argue with you. Mainly the person sitting on the reception does it.
