Hotel location is next to the fort . staff is helpful . room and bathroom was clean . Overall I had a decent stay .

infrastructure was good,but some amenities in side room like basin was not working, hot water was available but with multiple followup.tv was not working. they have to pay attention towards customer satisfaction. this was my second time stay but it was not good in compare to previous one.

We booked a total of 8 rooms but they were asking us to accommodate in 4 rooms. Check-In time was 11 AM as mentioned in the booking, but they gave all 8 rooms @1:00 pm. There was no hot water in the morning.
I added one extra star just for their support when we celebrated the birthday of one of our family members.
Another extra star for Romeo, who helped us to carry luggage, he tried adding some more wood to the boilers pit when we complained about hot water.
The view from the terrace is awesome.

Having wonderful experience in abu safari hotel... Staff are very good.. rooftop restaurant has best and tasty food . overall fantastic 5 days stay

It has perfect location with backdrop of Jaisalmer fort.
It has rooftop restaurant.
