Old rooms with no view to forest, we can only see the hotel roof from the room. Toilets are not clean. No lift we had to claim 2 floors to get to the room. Very difficult for elder people and pregnant women. Mattress is smaller than cot so my kid injured his leg multiple times while climbing. We booked here only for the view but the rooms have no good view and they don't care even if we complain. Very small toilet no place . Very bad experience.

staying in the Dodabetta area is really great. I saw the wild boar twice during my stay. for this hotel, the area is very beautiful. uninterrupted WiFi and mobile signal

Science view but location not at centre , limited food option . Restaurant service for morning breakfast is pathetic . I had to wait for omelette for 25mnts later cancel , waiters out there are lost and forget to get things apart from one girl (seems to be northeast )

the stay was good....the location is perfect and the food is good as well...the only thing they can work on is the size of the bathroom Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the property

the stay was good and excellent and the camp fire was there in the evening. the complementary brakefast was good and the evening tea and biscuits were also served as completely in the lawn area. overall an excellent stay with a clean room and washroom. also room heaters are given if you feel cold.

had a wonderful stay at accord highland ooty. the location is beautiful, offering great views and a peaceful atmosphere. the staff was friendly and attentive, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. the food was delicious with good variety. traveling with my 1-year-old was hassle-free, thanks to the hotel’s family-friendly approach. highly recommend for a relaxing stay in ooty!

We had booked for 2 nights in superior room. The location and climate was very good. The staff are friendly and helpful, the food was good we had taken breakfast and dinner included in the package. The hotel staff surprised us with the Anniversary celebration by getting a cake for us, they made us feel special.
