I stayed for 3 days. Every day I changed my room, bcoz of insects..... Rooms are good, but pest control is a must. Every rooms have small small, 4 to 5 insects.
Staff are very helpful and polite. A little expensive hotel.

Suggest never to stay here. Worst hotel and poorest service. In shower only EXTREME HOT water is coming and the hotel personnel unable to fix it. Unable to take bath. Paying 3000Rs + for night stay only, Even dharamshaala is better than this hotel.On complaint said unable to do and also will not refund. Also the hotel manager suggesting to make complaint anywhere. No doormat, no sleeper, Seek my money refund, this hotel to anyone.

I have been visiting this hotel from last 04 years but this time due to rude n sad behaviour at reception this would be my last.Dispite of having 20 yrs of experience he don't know to control his temper with Customers..Property - Hotel has done renovation in outside walls only, internally they have lot to do as property is getting old.
