The rating on this homestay showed 4.3/5 when I booked. Having reached there, we were asked to walk to a tiny room on the 3rd floor. The room looked like it has not been maintained for years! Stains on the walls, dripping water from the AC, unclean pot in the washroom - nothing indicative of a 4.3 rating. It has to be the worst budget hotel I have stayed in - nothing called 'service' as such, even the telephonic did not connect to the front office! I would not recommend anyone to choose this stay option.
