We had a great stay at the hotel! The room service was excellent, the hospitality was top-notch, and the food was delicious. The rooms and common areas were spotless, and the swimming pool water was crystal clear. Overall, a wonderful experience!

We have booked 5 rooms and in some of rooms bad smell ( no exhaust fan in wash rooms), ACs not working and flies in room

Overall resort property was good.
Staff is cooperative and supportive.
Breakfast is good.
Restaurant menu has only snacks items.
Monkey issues are there, our room entry was blocked by monkeys and they make passages dirty.
The room furniture is quite old wood so small bugs and small cockroaches were there but they do regular cleaning to minimise this problem.
Except monkey and small cockroaches over experience was good.

The resort is beautiful but not maintained properly. Room was neat and clean. Located 5 min walk from Matheran Railway Station. Staff is very cordial. Food quality is very good. Value for money.
