The facilities and the services were standard. The room and the washroom was clean. The washroom had proper toiletries. The amenities were working absolutely fine. The location of the property is in the heart of the city.

they r very rude n moreover they didn't allow us to stay in there hotel. after a hour discussion they give us a unclean room which was stinking badly n moreover breakfast is complimentary which they denied n said that they didn't have any updation regarding this. hope u will black list this hotel is they don't know how to deal n treat the customer..

worst experience ever. I had to wait for 1 hour 30 min to check in. room was very small and dirty. TV and AC were not working properly. they cut the power in the morning at 6:00am so that even fan was off. they were not responding on phone. I will never come again this guest house.

There was nothing good about this hotel that I can mention. I am listing the problems that I faced.
1) The hotel phone number was not working, so there was no way one could reach out to them.
2) I booked a 3-seater room in this hotel for my parents. When they reached the location at night, the hotel guy misled them and said that all the rooms are booked. He then took Rs 500 and provided a small room(for 2 people) to stay.
3) The rooms were not up to the expectation and the bathroom was dirty.
