This hotel is a good property situated ard 1 KM from Kannur railway station.Rooms are small but clean rooms.AC is good.

near to station but no transport service no body is willing to go to this place because of short road no lift no room boy to take your luggage we were provided 2 floor if senior citizen people will not recomend this hotel.budget hotel

very worst experiance. the rate charged is robbery for that substandard room. II nd floor room, no lift, mineral water on payment, no proper lighting, small mirror, very difficult to reach, toilet soap on request, toilet full of small flys, it is like a hostel, hot water supply frim 7.30 am to 10 am. I require to move out by 5.30, since no hot water forced to take bath with cold water. the person at the reseption was arrogant and argue with our minimum demand of hot water, mineral water etc. since I paid in advance for two days, stayed for two nights.

Bit difficult to find the location. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff behaviour was also good.Nice option if you look for a budget stay

the best, affordable,safe and quiet hotel room in kannur,this is close to 1.5 km walkable distance from kannur railway station

The lady at the reception was more helpful. She provided directions and made sure i reached there. also the room was neat and cleanly maintained. especially the bathrooms. not advisable for couples stay. itslike a lodge maintained very neatly. if you are looking for any 1 day crash it's worth for the money here 😍 one big letdown is that the tv does not have subscription for many channels and only malayalam channela. for a non malayali like me it was a total let down 😑

it was a pretty cleaned room when i checked in , especially bathroom. this is just enough for a single man who wishes to stay overnight. i don't add photos because i have spoiled the ambience with my belongings. i am sure and confident to suggest this for anyone who travels to kannur for a business trip or any other purposes.

it's very hard to find the place. the property location shared was not accurate. 800mtr away from the railway station should not be an attraction. the road was damaged. no auto rickshaw driver was ready to take me to the place. no sign board to find the place. it is on the first floor. the ground area is a storeroom of some other business parties. no parking. no toiletries. no room service. the gate will be closed till 7.30am. the only good thing is the rooms are clean and the rent is less
