Location is excellent, Sea view is awesome from the room . AC capacity is very less, during December evening at 6pm not able to reduce the room temperature below 29deg. Also AC condensed water is dripping in the room. Bathroom floor is in bad shape water does not drain due to the bad floor. Suggest to provide Wet clothes drying stand as they are charging premium price for the room.
