Hotel name is incorrect. in app it says Airport Hotel Bright Buzz, but actual name is Plazzo hotel. Had difficulty to find hotel. Room was not clean, was bit messy

The receptionist was weird, i showed him the booking and he started logging into my amount sent and OTP and asked for it stating we need this for check in.When I questioned this is an log in OTP then he said i do not see this booking so i need to check. you can check it by connecting with customer support, without my permission logging into account of
