Manager is a nice person...owner and the receptionist behaved like they are illiterate. I selected the breakfast and meal plan..and they asked me he'll thousand times about it for charges not knowing the fact that I already took that in the booking itself. Room were good just need to upgrade their service and staff.

Good location, and ambience, taxi, autos are easy to find. Tea was awesome and also dal khichadi test was too good. rooms are clean Room service and staff were good and humble

This hotel is good for the money. The staff is very humble and helpful. Room have wifi access. The food was also good but could be little bit better. You can also order in the room or can eat in the restaurant. Room was clean and washroom have shower gel and shampoo. Room do not have cattle and tea bags but they were providing hot water in the room. Location was close to airport and well connected.

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel at All Costs! This hotel was an absolute nightmare. I strongly advise against staying here, especially if you're traveling via the airport. There were no basic amenities — the flush wasn’t working, and electric sockets were either broken or missing. The cleanliness was shocking, with dirty rooms and bathrooms that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in days. Overall, a very uncomfortable and frustrating experience. Definitely not suitable for airport travelers or anyone looking for a decent stay. Not suitable congested rooms

Everything was great - the room is simple but with everything you need for one night stay and the staff is really welcoming and helpful Location is perfect - close to the airport Just a bit loud, but can’t complain much
