If you are looking for budget friendly hotel for temporary stay with family and do not have very high expectation then go with confidence. Only thing to remember that this hotel do not have lift so may be trouble for elderly people on climbing through stairs. Rest all is superb and very good.

The hotel room was not clean and the back side of bed was broken. The only thing good about the hotel is that it is located to seawoods station.

lift is not there, they have provided top floor even after requested many times. after check inn almost half hour waste for the TV setting. No inverter back up, electricity failure 4,5 times, AC and Fan was not near the bed so couldn't get the effect of that near the bed. couldn't sleep whole night.

Good Points: Peaceful stay, Great location, fast check in and out.
Bad Points: Power failures for few minutes, Need to call everytime for housekeeping and no elevator.
