Service good. neat n clean. good secure parking space
level difference at floor at various points with no markings causing risk of falling down.

good hotel with bad service
rooms location ambience is good amongst most of same level hotels in prayagraj. But check in process room service is not up to the mark. Menu provided is outdated each and every item you have to confirm about the availability and price.

Extremely bad experience. Pathetic cleanliness. When asked for change of lenins, the response was this is only available. Management and hotel staff is not supportive. Hotel also has a marriage hall and the hotel parking is used for food stalls. We had to park the car outside hotel.

staffs are very lazy..I asked then to recharge the TV but even after multiple reminders they didn't. similarly for bringing 2 bottles of water, they took 2 hours.

Hotel have hidden charge on food. Toilet is smelly. No toilet soap. Breakfast is so so. Not recommended
