"A Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended for Families!"
Our stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The service was exceptional, and the location was perfect—just 500m from the Junction and the Durgah, making it very convenient for both travel and sightseeing.

Disappointed with Sheraton – Not Worth the Hype
I stay there 03 aug 2025 - 05 aug 2025
I had high expectations from Sheraton, but my stay was extremely disappointing. Though the premium rooms were spacious, the experience was far from comfortable. The bathroom had a persistent, unpleasant smell that made it hard to even step in. To make things worse, the AC was leaking water continuously — instead of fixing it, they simply placed a bucket underneath like it was a common thing!

Nice and clean rooms with good amenities. The staff are very friendly. The location is so good near the Ajmer Junction. I will prefer the same hotel on my next visit.
