Lack of basic facilities like a clean toilet and clean bedsheets. The blanket was full of dust and dirt. Bedsheet was dirty with stains. Room did not have proper lighting and was dusty. The washroon was dirty with no hot water or Geyser. This was not worth the price ( it is a dirty lodge). We would not have stayed if the price wasn't paid in advance. This should be rated minus 10 star...

the worst experience!!!this hotel team was not really concerned with good feedback, they were least bothered. has mentioned the basic facilities like WI-FI AC geyser etc. but I haven't received any.!when I asked the hotel person then he was replied NO. so this clear breach in services offered, i recommend lead team to escalate this issue.lack of facilities, although your application was mentioned the all the basic facilities like WI-FI, AC, geyser etc. those were not there.

Make sure to NOT go there, they ll harass, receptionist guys were drunk, they banged our room door, very bad night, we family had to shift immediately 😡

Lack of Hygiene, Cleanliness and Garbage was dumped outside the room. Only one things is good was behaviour of the Staffs. The cooperates with the guests.

Room was very dirty. There were bed bugs in the bed. There was a smell in the room. Room service boy was also not available. Drinking water also had to be brought outside.

I reached the hotel that is very close to railway station. I stayed at AK Palace hotel for 24-26 April 2022. earlier I booked for one night 24-25 only. I checked in the room number 203. I was tired and wanted a shower and some rest. I did not bother about the quality of room, facilities etc. In the evening I went to visit some friends for my personal reasons. I came back and looked at the room. it was shockingly poor. I discussed the matter with hotel staff and they shifted to room number 102. ...more

बाथरूम के दरवाजे मे सिटकिनी नहीं, टॉयलेट का फ्लश काम नहीं कर रहा थाटोटी मे पानी इतना आ रहा था कि 1 घंटे मे 1 बाल्टी पानी भरे, पहला होटल ऐसा मिला जहाँ RO का पानी भी नहीं था, TV केवल दिखावे के लिए लगी थी, पंखे मे रेगलेटर नहीं और बहुत कुछ हैlस्टाफ़ की कोई गलती नहीं जब होटल मालिक ही कमियों पर ध्यान न देl

All the missing facilities. The bed sheet, blanket and pillow were dirty and previously used by many people. There was no geyser making difficult for us to bath. There was nothing like room service or house keeping. It also felt unsafe for woman. please avoid it 🙏.
