First of all, they refuse to accept the booking. It took half an hour to get the room. very rude behavior of the hotel in charge. dirty room, floor, wall. Water they serve is not clean. The bathroom is stinky. Not worthy for four-digit room rent. when I compared it with the hotel tariff, I found that I paid 2.5 times additional with the booking. strictly not recommended for families. Highly disappointed. Restaurant food might cheap and non veg lovers may like their street food stall, bit they yet to practice professional service.

The Hotel is clean,comfortable and convenient. Very well maintained room. Really felt homely experience. I would like to stay here only if again I visit in future. Located in a Peaceful Atmosphere.... Overall It was a Pleasant stay...

Stay: Worst Stay I've ever had in my life. Felt like sleeping at footpath. The rooms are very much close to the road and you will hear all that's happening on the road. Hospitality: Even if you pay ....at bulk and book the room for 3 nights you will not be received with a smile from any of the people😐..

I had a truly wonderful stay at the hotel while visiting . Everyone on staff was warm and welcoming - and remembered me and my preferences daily. …if ever you have to come to Pondicherry book the hotel without any second thoughts...... the hotel is awesome... cleanliness in room... hotel staff..... hot water 24 hrs..... homely feeling

the hotel owner is very rude. it says three star I wouldn't even consider it to be a decent lodging place. there is no elevator and there is absolutely no sea view. it is far from the main city, would suggest to pay little more and stay in the city side that will save lot of conveyance charges. hotel owner charged extra for early check in despite the hotel was vacant!!
