property is awesome and staff behaviour is also good bt amenities in the rooms very not at all up to mark. electric kettle was damaged, ac was not working properly. during check in we were provided with room which was stinking. after 1 hour we were provided with room. pool experience was very very bad. staff behaviour was very bad, first day we asked for costumes, and they didn't had, so they allowed us to enter in pool with our own clothes but in next day when they had pool costumes then they w ...more

overall property is awesome, staff behaviour was also good but staffs deputed in pool didn't have good behaviour. after check in we got room after 1 hour. room amenities were not organized. in rooms door mat was not provided, in all rooms tv was not functioning properly, electric kettle was not working. and the worst experience was in pool. as per the pool staff "one day there is no rule for pool costume and next day there is rule that without costume we can't get in pool." all this matters should be looked at. if these problems were not there then it would have been a memorable experience.

the room was good however the restaurant experience and Manager behaviour was very bad and no improvement was considered by Manager on food quality

we enjoyed a lot ..the behaviour of all the staff including manager is very nice and helpful .the gate keeper is so honest who return my lost handbag ..
which impressed me a lot ..
.lastly staff who manage vehicle side ..helps a lot .

Our family stayed at Akash Hill Top Resort for two nights, and while we had an average experience, it didn’t quite meet our expectations.Hospitality & Service:The hospitality was disappointing. One major issue was the complimentary hi-tea—we had to follow up multiple times to get it on the first day, and on the second day, it was simply not provided.
