TV was not working. Landline phone is also not working. Except all this everything was fine. Stay was decent. Staff were cooperative and friendly.

The resort was well equipped with swimming pool, bar and nice rooms but the major drawback is their service. The quality of management in their staff is very poor, they have literally no hospitality sense at all. The room decor was good but the bed sheets, toilet sink, wardrobe all were stained, not maintained. Cockroaches were running on the table top, water glasses were not cleaned well. property is awesome and staff behaviour is also good bt amenities in the rooms very not at all up to mark. electric kettle was damaged, ac was not working properly. during check in we were provided with room which was stinking. after 1 hour we were provided with room. pool experience was very very bad. staff behaviour was very bad, first day we asked for costumes, and they didn't had, so they allowed us to enter in pool with our own clothes but in next day when they had pool costumes then they w ...more

overall property is awesome, staff behaviour was also good but staffs deputed in pool didn't have good behaviour. after check in we got room after 1 hour. room amenities were not organized. in rooms door mat was not provided, in all rooms tv was not functioning properly, electric kettle was not working. and the worst experience was in pool. as per the pool staff "one day there is no rule for pool costume and next day there is rule that without costume we can't get in pool." all this matters should be looked at. if these problems were not there then it would have been a memorable experience.
