It was a bad experience throughout..never expected to give extra money to get our desired room..we have to pay that amount because there was no other option. They are not actually mentioned that they have twin bed system in premium category rooms.when we complained thrice about the problem customer care number they assured us that they called us back with a solution but we actually didn't get any call for the next day.we are not expecting such kind of irresponsible treatment at all.we are very disappointed with the service of the hotel
