Booked at midnight check in , once we arrived at the hotel they were like room is not function please cancel the booking . Don't book this trash please save yourself If you don't want any trouble at your stays . rooms are unhygienic and not maintained and unprofessional. please save yourself

1. There is no dedicated parking. They asked me to park my car on footpath.
2. When I reached on 5th floor, there were rats in the lobby. (I didnt see any rat in room but who knows)
3. There was a very strong cigarette smell all over the room. After complaining multiple times, they came and just sprayed room freshener.
4. The bathroom and toilet seat were not cleaned properly.
5. AC was not working. when we complain, they said the main power is not there and appliances cannot run on generator. T ...more

i somehow didn't enjoy the unwelcoming attitude of reception manager , he was not welcoming at all plus the room was cleaned however it was not properly managed . towels and tissue was missing plus the air conditioner was expired.over all i would only rate it 4 out of ten
there wasn't even one complimentary water bottle
ai noor has dropped his standards very low than the last time i visited

worst experience,the room was very small and insecure, I vacated the room within 1hr of the check-in, thr hotel staff denied to offer a free breakfast, room upgrade and offered and was rude I strongly recommend people not to book in this hotel
