Had a horrible experience coming to this hotel, there is no excess to taxis, autos etc, you have to walk atleast 1.5 km to reach the hotel,climb stairs with luggage π‘π‘π‘, even the staffs didn't offer any help with luggage!!! Room was not clean,red ants were everywhere in the bed, A/C was leaking water!!!!
No receptionist or staffs at the front desk to help, only a small kid was there who knows nothing. Really didn't expect this after paying a good amount of money! !!

The location of the hotel is very good you can enjoy the view of Ganga Ghat sitting on your bed but the room is very dirty specially the bathroom and there is no service available you have to go out even to have a cup of tea.

Location is good. Yes it's Riverview Hotel. it's near Vishwanath Temple gate no 1. but Near by many hotel option were available. Hotal facility is good. there is no washbasin in the bathroom as shown in the picture. In restaurant they only have South Indian food. Entrance of the Hotel is not good. So Many lizards in this Hotel.

People were good but there was water problem frequently...they supplied limited water through buckets.size and quality of the bed sheet was less.

Room is Clean. Bed is Large. Window view is the Most unquie point of this property. River view from Window. But the Bathroom is too small also Very few time any person available at Reception.Its vacant so many times.

good view nice room specially deluxe room bt there is no staff available tp give service to you , if u don't need any room service or any type of attention then this is the bets choice u can go for it

The hotel is very located on ghats of ganga with a good view.Hotel also has a awesome view and good restaurant which provides south indian food.

The only thing is it is just before the bharavi ghat and you can see ganges river from your window. I don't recommend for families as travelling is not easy from hotel to main road and this hotel is difficult to find.
Only one staff member when i visited, who has to look after everything. Room was clean but not the hotel, too dark and smelly.
